Your Role: Simulator Technician
Be the driving force behind M1A2 Immersive Tactical Trainer (ITT)! As a Simulator Technician youll ensure flawless administrative maintenance and training support for ITTs following contract specifications. This is a permanent fulltime role located in Townsville North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the ITT is prepared for training daily during normal training Tempo
- Provide onsite afterhours support for M1A2 gunnery training upon approval.
- Offer offsite oncall assistance during nonoperational hours.
- Support ITT when deployed OffSite.
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance for ITTs.
- Deliver comprehensive training courses for operators instructors as required
- Customize training scenarios as requested.
- Liaise with customers for upgrades and improvements.
Skills Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in computer maintenance and networking with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Skilled in technical writing and publications management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in training development and delivery.
- Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Understanding of configuration management processes.
