Skills/Qualifications
The Role: Group Product Manager
Redgate is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to join our team and lead the strategy for their group. This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad remit in an influential role which will genuinely shape the future of our products.
With responsibility for managing a team of Product Managers and the product portfolio in your solution area youll collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and execute the solution vision and direction. Your expertise in designing solution strategies and driving commercial outcomes will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.
Over the next year well be evolving our product management organisation to embrace a customercentric approach and youll be at the forefront of enabling that change. As a Group Product Manager youll work closely with engineering design and product marketing teams to deliver highquality sustainable and successful solutions.
Youll inspire and lead a highperforming team ensuring that our products address key individual goals and are aligned with the overarching portfolio direction. In addition you will use your skills and experience in agile methodologies and drive the modernisation of our product management practices.

- Youll have prior experience acting in a successful leadership or management role providing a confident and clear product/solution area vision.
- Youll have experience translating vision and strategy to plans and goals and inspiring crossfunctional teams to succeed with these achieving commercial outcomes.
- Youll be customercentric with experience in leading initiatives to improve customers outcomes.
- Youll have evidence of building hightrust relationships with senior managers direct reports and development teams.
- Youll have experience working within an agile environment including SCRUM and Kanban and demonstrated advocacy of lean Product Management techniques.
- Youll have significant experience collaborating with internal teams such as marketing sales and customer success to ensure alignment and support collective gotomarket success.
- Youll be enthusiastic and credible when talking to customers with proven effectiveness working with senior decisionmakers.
- Youll have a strong understanding of Redgates Database Deployment market and how this is evolving combined with realworld handson experience working with database solutions.
- Youll have demonstrable experience of successful crossteam and peer collaboration and balancing business and organizational needs.
- Youll have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain and translate complex needs/concepts into clear and effective plans that are understood by the intended audience.
Whats the package
Salary is up to 110K depending on experience
Youll work 40 hours a week with flexible work time
This role will be based at the Cambridge office
