We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a fulltime Regional DirectorSales for our West Region.We are looking for an innovative leader to implement the of the sales strategyfor their assignedgeography across all markets that Concordance RD combines strategic thinking with relentless ambition and energy which will enable the company to reach targets goals and attain objectives. The role includesmanagingthe sales team in their region in a way that results in theenhancement ofexisting business new businessopportunitiesandthe alignment ofoverall profitabilitywith corporate objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Set andalignregionalmultimarketstrategy to company goalsfocusing on growth and profitability.
  • Collaborates withmembers of sales leadership senior management and crossfunctionally regarding the business funnel competitive activity emerging trends in the accounts and best practices as determined while working with theirteam members.
  • Lead and develop team by coaching training and providing feedback to promote a culture of accountability professional development highperformance and ethical behavior.
  • Inspiresand motivatesteam to define and execute strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring identifying and developing leadership talent and fostering an innovative collaborative diverse and agile culture.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance strategic partnerships and company profitability.
  • Create efficiencies and opportunities within accounts that add value and profitability.
  • Networkas a means to expand business opportunities.
  • Negotiateanddefinecontract & terms and conditions.
  • Createefficienciesand opportunities within accountsthat add value andprofitability.
  • Provides support to team members within the QBR process.
  • Utilize metrics and analyticsto identifynew market opportunities in acute and postacute sales.
  • Prospect withinRegion for growth and penetration (collaborates with Management to determine target list).
  • Reports regionaland team performance to senior leadership.
  • Createsan environment and expectation for continued professional developmentfor self and team.
  • Travel required up to 60 depending upon region.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 810yearsof experiencein sales orrelated fieldwithat least fiveyears of management experience.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams.
  • Mustpossessor developindepth understanding and knowledgeofallhealthcaremarkets that Concordance serves.
  • Proven knowledge of industrys products and services; exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods.
  • Thorough understanding and experience with GPOs IDNsetc.
  • Strong computer/technology skill setwith Microsoft Office Suiteand utilization of ERP system. Experience with CRM preferred.
  • Strategicleader with demonstrated experience in building high performing teams.
  • Proven successful experience in business development.
  • Ability to manage throughout the organizational structureand delegate effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports. Ability to have difficult conversations when warranted (internal and external).
  • High level of confidence to build relationships with Csuite/owners/ decision maker.
  • Industry legal and compliance knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skillsto assess trends determine pipeline gap analysis etc.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal negotiation conflict resolution and customer service skills.
  • Financially astute and able to create ROI.
  • Capable of conducting independent market research.
  • Ability toachieve deadlines andfunction well in a highpaced competitive and stressful environment.
  • Selected candidate will be required to sign a noncompete agreement.
  • Successfully pass of a preemployment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
