The Program in Education Afterschool andResiliency (PEAR) at Mclean Hospital and Harvard University partners with schoolsoutofschool time (OST) programs and youthserving organizations buildinginnovation hubs across the country to promote positive socioemotional learning(SEL) and science technology engineering and math (STEM) interest amongadolescents using the newest evidenceinformed educational practices. PEARs mission is to revolutionize the wayeducators address the socioemotional needs of youth with the goal of helpingall children learn and thrive.

PEAR seeks an accomplishedprofessional in the education field with a passion for SEL and mental health tojoin the team as Advancement & Social Investment Officer. This position will support PEARs commitmentto creating joint impact between education youth development and healthorganizations to advance mental health as well as academic and life success foradolescents and adults. With supportfrom PEARs Director youll develop and execute PEARs plan to strengthen anddiversify PEARs base of support to include major donors corporate and businesspartnerships foundation grants and direct mail efforts. You will have the opportunity to initiate newrelationships as well as manage existing ones. This is a highlevel position reporting to theDirector of Administration.
