You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailKing County Facilities Management Division is seeking a Real Property Agent III Data Specialist for our Real Estate Services Section. This position will be responsible for maintaining and advancing the use of a wide variety of facility and real property information both tabular and spatial among FMD staff and customers. We are looking for a dynamic collaborator with proven ability to work with and support a wide variety of team members. The successful candidate will possess a broad general knowledge of property and facilities operations good technical skills and a desire to be an enthusiastic ambassador of spatial data development and use within the County real estate and facilities environment.
ABOUT THE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION:Through a workforce of over 300 dedicated employees the FMD operates and manages the Countys capital assets by developing and maintaining costconscious sustainable highquality facilities and environments. The Real Estate Services Section implements policy direction on real estate matters including leasing sales acquisitions permitting and franchises.
