WTD protects public health and enhances the environment by collecting and treating wastewater while recycling valuable resources for the Puget Sound region. Population growth in the region and changing regulatory requirements coupled with aging infrastructure are resulting in an expansion of our capital construction programs. WTD has adopted a programmatic approach to delivering capital projects. Over the next ten years WTD will deliver several billion dollars worth of projects through a variety of contracting methods.
The Project Representative/Program Technical Lead (Construction Management V) will be responsible for managing some of WTDs most complex construction contracts. They will act as the Technical Advisor during design bringing construction knowledge and contract management experience to help develop better contracts with successful outcomes.
