We offer the following recruitment bonus prorated based on FTE:GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIESProvide assessment and treatment services; crisis intervention including intensive services to individuals and their families with complex needs and diagnoses; or develop and implement specific services in the community. Act as a task supervisor for interns and staff provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals to perform various advanced specialized clinical and treatment services for individuals receiving services and their families.
SUPERVISION RECEIVEDWork under the general supervision of a manager or supervisor who assigns work establishes goals and reviews the results for overall effectiveness. Per Oregon Health Authority Behavioral Health Services Rule : Program staff providing direct services shall receive clinical supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor related to the development implementation and outcome of services documentation of two hours per month of supervision for each individual supervised.
SUPERVISION EXERCISEDPrimary supervision of employees is not a responsibility of this classification; however positions may act as lead workers as defined in the Marion County Personnel Rules. May assist in the supervision of interns and volunteers.
Provide in person mental health services to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI). Work closely with other providers on the adult outpatient team including other therapists skills trainers case managers peer support specialists prescribers and supported employment and education specialists. May act as a lead clinician providing clinical consultation and assistance to interns and other staff members.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Working knowledge of community mental health concepts chemical dependency case management and treatment services; individual assessment treatment planning and treatment protocols; mental health disorders and diagnostic classifications.
Ability to establish positive working relationships with other employees individuals and their families other agencies and the public; prepare concise and complete clinical documentation related to individual treatment and progress in services in a timely and professional manner; work within a team and collaborate with team members; knowledge of and ability to act professionally regarding a code of ethics and confidentiality.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Operates a motor vehicle; sees using depth perception; stands; sits;moves about the work area; climbs one floor of stairs; lifts pushes pulls and carries up to 15 lbs.; operates a keyboard; speaks with a clear and audible voice; reads at 12pt. font; hears a normal speech level; works in areas that may be exposed to heat cold humidity dust smoke noise and household cleaning chemicals; works in areas that may be wet or uneven.

PUBLIC SERVICE LOAN FORGIVENESS
Marion County is a qualifying public employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program fulltime employees working at the County may qualify for forgiveness of the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan.
