This position is a hybrid position in Munich Germany.

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Regional Sales Manager is to lead a team of inside sales representatives to meet all Altium business objectives and market growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully leverage datadriven systems and processes in pursuit of these goals
  • Helping customers discover the full value of longterm subscription commitments autorenewals permanent customers and Altium brand loyalty
  • Provide detailed accurate weekly forecasts to senior management; analyze sales to take corrective action when needed
  • Optimize regional and territorybased goals as part of the company sales plan
  • Develop automated systems and processes that provide easy access to additional Altium products and services in collaboration with senior sales management
  • Recruit and develop a motivated resultsoriented sales team and provide the coaching and training to support their success and retention
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of competitive products and services
  • Build influential productive relationships with Marketing Sales Ops Business Intel and other internal teams to develop and achieve company targets
  • Sales at Altium go beyond growth and targets bringing transformative technologies to companies in clean energy transport medicine science and more. From oneperson shops to industry leaders youll connect inventors engineers and innovators with a better way to work and tools to change the world.

Skills and Experience

  • The role requires a selfdirected resourceful highly driven professional with a demonstrated record of using sales systems to exceed targets.
  • A college degree or relevant experience with five or more years of sales leadership is preferred.
  • Experience working directly with sales operations and other business units
  • Able to operate in a highvolume transactional sales model
  • Salesforce expertise; can interpret analyze review and comment in detail on the Salesforce Wave dashboards
  • Knows or can learn Marketo SFDC Analytics Studio and other data systems
  • A history of directly leading sales teams raising their impact and influence through a collaborative approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to travel 20 of the time
