Welding Engineer IWE Inynier Spawalnik/Spawalnictwa

Location
The role is based in Bydgoszcz.
A Welding Engineer IWE Inynier Spawalnik/Spawalnictwaat SPX Flow
- Oversees and supports welders in process offering guidance on best practices and complex techniques to enhance productivity and quality.
- Supervises of welding processes in accordance with international standards
- Develops and implements WPS WPQR WPQ
- Maintains detailed documentation and records of welding processes procedures and inspections for traceability and continuous improvement.
- Reflects required welding information for manufacturing processes into SAP MRP System
- Supports welding quality control
- Provides technical support and advice on welding technologies
- Collaborates with engineers and the production department to improve welding efficiency
- Participates in audits and certification of welding processes
About you
- Higher technical education preferably in welding engineering materials engineering or a related field
- International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar position preferably with stainless steel welding
- Knowledge of welding norms and standards (e.g. ISO 3834 EN 13445 ASME IX)
- English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level
- Experience in working with TIG MAG and other stainless steel welding techniques
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and work with quality procedures
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
