Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of experience in operating heavy mechanized construction and maintenance equipment or in a related area
Valid Drivers License
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two or more years of experience in operating heavy mechanized construction and maintenance equipment or in a related area
CDL License
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of procedures for operating heavy complex mechanized equipment in accord with manual safety regulations and other instructions
Knowledge of the operation of heavy equipment driving and moving mechanized equipment
Ability to operate heavy complex mechanized equipment
Ability to service and perform minor maintenance on heavy equipment
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions and explanations
Skill in the operation of heavy equipment
Knowledge of CMMS/Work Order system usage mobile technology
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Programs including email and spreadsheets
