About the Role:
We are actively seeking a TMA Administrator to join our friendly dedicated team that ensure our customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. An excellent telephone manner and problem solving skills are a must.
Location:Pride Park Derby Derbyshire.
Hours:40 hours per week 07:30am16:00pm.
Salary:26500 per annum
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Working closely with the engineers to identify and rectify issues whilst improving the effectiveness of the operations department.
- Ensuring quality of data input meets the required legislative standards
- Liaising with operatives and managers to ensure compliance with processes
- Managing work queues to ensure SLAs are met
- Utilising a number of systems to ensure accuracy
- Collaborating with management to ensure feedback loop on inaccuracy is feedback
- Manage work volumes and priorities
- Maintaining high standards within Health Safety & Environment Housekeeping Performance Waste Communication and Continuous Improvement.
- Effectively supporting the Operations Manager and operations team to meet output requirements in quality expectations cost management and the delivery of key objectives and operational performance targets.
- Managing and coordinating the promoted workload according to defined priorities estimating resource and duration requirements in line with agreed metrics.
- Participate and supporting scheduled meetings.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Working knowledge of SAP systems would be desirable.
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment.
- Proven knowledge of using continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Ability to make decisions in a time pressured environment.
- Competent skills in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
