Rated Excellent in all areas in our recent Penta inspection we have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of English to join our highly successful team. We are seeking to appoint a flexible and creative practitioner with excellent subject knowledge and effective interpersonal skills committed to building strong working relationships with pupils colleagues and parents.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the EU and be fluent in English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To act as a role model for teaching and learning
- To make a distinctive contribution to raising standards across the school
- To continue to develop own expertise in their subject and the art of teaching
- Provide a sustained and consistent collaborative contribution to the wider work of the school either internally or outside the school
- Proactively seek create and lead on opportunities that have a demonstrably positive impact on creating an outstanding learning environment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A dynamic and proactive teacher preferably with independent sector or international experience
Strong team player willing to support other colleagues
Excellent working knowledge of primary education
Fluency in written and spoken English
Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
Knowledge of Spanish or willingness to learn Spanish would be an advantage
