Position Overview
In this impactful position the HR Generalist reports to the HR Director and works as a member of the HR team for Prysmians North America Head Office in Highland Heights KY. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a foundation in HR and grow within the field. This position offers the opportunity to impact the organizations success by fostering a positive employee experience ensuring a compliant workplace environment and contributing to the strategic goals of the HR department.
The HR Generalist plays a key role in maintaining HR data accuracy and supporting the team in implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR Generalist is proactive resourceful and committed to building a supportive and compliant workplace environment. This individual requires strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
