- Leading and motivating a highly qualified technical team of enterprise architects with the goal of promoting a culture of cooperation innovation and continuous improvement
- Continuously further developing the longterm architecture vision and strategy
- Actively shaping evaluating and further developing the enterprise architecture in order to ensure that it is in line with current and future business strategies and requirements
- Evaluating new technologies tools and frameworks to best support our business objectives
- Promoting cooperation among the global architecture community and other key stakeholders
- Building and continuously developing the team; identifying and promoting the professional and personal potential and development needs of individual team members
Your Profile
What you should have.
- A degree in the field of computer science business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in managing technical teams
- Excellent leadership conflict management and communication skills
- Quick comprehension skills analytical thinking and a strategic mindset
- A good understanding of how companies and their IT interact and the ability to think and work strategically
- Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary international teams and stakeholders
Desirable extras.
- Indepth knowledge of and interest in managing technical teams as well as a sound grasp of technical concepts and processes
- Experience in designing architecture principles methods and frameworks and experience in one or more of the following areas is beneficial: system integration cloud technologies data management and security
