PETROLEUM INSPECTOR Vancouver WA
Pay: $24.00 $28.00 per hour depending on experience

SUMMARY:Oil and Petroleum Inspectors visit client facilities including barges and ships shore tanks railcars and tank trucks for quantity surveys of a variety of commodities including petroleum and petrochemicals inspection and collects samples for laboratory analysis.

Maintain a Valid Drivers License and a working vehicle (car or truck no motorcycles) at all times

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or general education development certificate (GED). Knowledge of company HS&E procedures and associated governmental regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagrammatic form. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES LICENSE REGISTRATIONS:Maintain a valid drivers license and a working vehicle (car or truck no motorcycles) at all times.
