What You Will Do
- Improve supplier performance through the supplier quality strategy. Leads initiatives with a direct impact on reducing nonconformities and ensuring quality standards in effect.
- Analyzing supplier defects metrics to implement improvement plans.
- Primary point of contact for supplier related quality issues. Ensure communication containment and problem resolution.
- Support the SQA elements of the returns process.
- Develop suppliers knowledge and compliance to the Actuations business flow down requirements.
- Communicates with crossfunctional disciplines across multiple time zones.
- Responds to client issues or problems.
- Support compliance pack creation for military contacts.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree 9 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: years of experience in leading or facilitating problem resolution using Quality Tools
- 4 years of SQE experience in Aerospace Automotive or any other regulated sector.
- 3 years of experience with Internal and Supplier Audits.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in Government procurement.
- SAP experience
- Data analytics to identify issues and themes.
- Ideally knowledge/compliance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic fast paced changing environment.
- Experience with APQP tools PPAP and FAIRs

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
