SPONSORSHIP: This opportunity is intended for conversion to a fulltime role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (fulltime conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). The Team:

Commercial Organization

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement AIdriven strategies that optimize content creation for SEO with a focus on improving search relevance in commercial engines like Google and ecommerce internal search platforms.
• Assist in the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) to automate and enhance content creation processes to match the relevancy of customer searches and trending topics.
• Assist in implementing and finetuning advanced NLP models for content optimization.
• Conduct extensive keyword research and analyze search intent patterns to help optimize category/product content strategies for organic search and onsite search.
• Work on the development of new AI tools to better understand and predict SEO content performance in commercial search engines like Google across countries and regions.
• Participate in developing key evaluation metrics for GenAI content performance.
• Help monitor and analyze the performance of AIgenerated content and make adjustments to improve search visibility and click engagement rate.
• Support in the creation of custom reports and extract meaningful insights to help refine AI content strategies based on datadriven results.

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications):

• Currently enrolled in a fouryear college and returning to school following the internship.

• Proficiency in data analysis and analytics tools (e.g. Excel Adobe or Google Analytics).
• Working knowledge of SEO concepts and modern search engine ranking algorithms.
• Strong interest in GenAI digital content production and demand generation marketing.
• Demonstrated interest in AI through recent courses school projects or selflearning.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Exhibits clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools especially for content generation or data analysis.
• Experience with transformerbased language models or relevant ML frameworks e.g. PyTorch TensorFlow.
• Ability to implement and evaluate simple machine learning algorithms.
• Completed coursework in AI ML NLP or similar fields / subject matter.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Experience with web page sing or NLP extraction techniques.
• Knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and web application development.
• Passion for staying uptodate with emerging technologies in AI and Search.
• Experience with SEO optimization tools (free or paid).
