This position is an onsite role based in our Huntsville AL location.
What You Will Do:
Support one or more phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirements design development test verification validation and maintenance.
Support research and development activities and/or programs of record.
Work with a team of engineers architects and leaders in an Agile environment.
What You Will Learn:
Agile methodology and a tool set that supports software development.
Modern Development Security Operation (DevSecOps) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques (CI/CD).
TestDriven MultiDisciplined Capability (TDMC) Product Development methodology.
A variety of domains such as battle management command & control communications radar missile and/or modeling & simulation.
Work across engineering disciplines to develop complex problems in support of defense systems.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience developing objectoriented software using C.
Experience with Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Radar or related domain.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with developing testing and integrating software using C / Java or other modern software development language.
Experience with OOA/D and UML or similar design language/notation.
Familiarity with Agile or working knowledge of lifecycle processes including Scrum and Continuous Integration.
Skills to handle fast pace and dynamic product development environment including engagement with systems and electrical engineers.
Experience working closely and directly within a team environment.
Demonstrated leadership and selfdirected attributes.
Experience with tools such as Atlassian Suite (e.g. Bitbucket Confluence Crucible Fisheye Jira) Jenkins Eclipse etc.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
