Job Summary
Provides a variety of administrative duties that supports the traffic function.Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Receives and verifies BOL (Bill of lading) information from incoming and outgoing trailers.
- Communicates with customers and drivers.
- Ensures that shipments are carried out accurately and efficiently. Identifies inaccuracies.
- Signs proof of delivery and traces shipments occasionally.
- Completes gatein and gateout of live loads live unloads and air freight trailer processes.
- Utilizes Yard Management System (YMS) to input and export information.
- Assigns drivers drop trailer locations based on the system information.
- Conducts yard inventory for available spaces to drop trailers and runs daily Dwell Reports.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma
- One 1 year customer service and problemsolving experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate able to read and respond to emails and navigate web browser
- Detail oriented. Organizational skills
Preferred Requirements:
- One (year) related experience in a previous role.
- Customer Service Oriented
- Possess the ability to execute different tasks at a time.
