As a Master Technician you will create a worldclass automotive retail experience by inspecting and performing necessary repair work to vehicles. If you are ambitious and goaloriented apply today!
What youll be working on:
- Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle malfunctions performing accurate and efficient repairs to meet dealership standards
- Perform detailed multipoint inspections on every vehicle to identify potential issues
- Testdrive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment to ensure proper repair and functionality
- Oversee and execute repairs on major vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current industry best practices and emerging technologies in automotive repair
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors to ensure customers are wellinformed of diagnostics and any additional services required
- Maintain accurate and legible records for both customers and dealership use ensuring transparency and compliance
- Participate in ongoing training to stay proficient in advanced automotive diagnosis and repair techniques
What you need to bring to the table:
- 5 years of automotive diagnosis and problemsolving experience
- ASE or GM Certifications are a plus
- XTime/CDK experience is a plus
- DMV Check required
***You must have a valid drivers license and an insurable driving record.
Salary: $33.00$90.00/hour
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
