Job Summary/Description:
Gray Digital Media Cleveland/WOIO/WUAB/The ROCK/Telemundo is searching for an Executive Sales assistant. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent organizational skills who enjoys helping team members. No day is ever the same with this position. You would be helping multiple people with a variety of tasks as well as supporting other departments within the building.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working with the Sales department and the General Manager on all things within the station including order entry programming digital sales support account management and more.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and be able to teach these systems to other team members.
The mentality to tackle problems headon.
Proactive and resourceful.
