Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering LMTS in San Francisco CA:
Job Duties: Design and develop foundational security services running on containers (Docker Kubernetes) deployed on public cloud platforms such as AWS Alibaba GCP or Azure Deliver cloud infrastructure automation using tools such as Spinnaker Terraform and Helm charts. Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovations that improve system availability resilience and performance. Collaborate with peers and mentor junior engineers. Help improve team processes within an Agile and highly dynamic team environment. Participate in the teams oncall rotation to address complex problems and keep services operational and highly available. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street 415 Mission Street and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) Information Technology or a related quantitative discipline and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field OR Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) Information Technology or a related quantitative discipline and five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science Engineering (any field) Information Technology).
Special Skill Requirements: 1 Developing restful APIs to support business scenarios; 2 Implementing test scripts; 3 CI/CD; 4 web development using Angular JS; 5 building UI framework for web development; 6 AWS; 7 Kafka; 8 ApacheStorm; 9 Python; and 10 Shell Scripting.
Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $211500.00 $334600.000 per annum.
