You will train under and work with an IST Senior VP of Sales to drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management Integrated Facilities Management and Info Governance. Ideal candidates will be ready to learn and will be comfortable cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity to level up as an earlycareer sales professional.

Compensation Benefits Schedule Career Path
This is salaried full time sales position with a base compensation of $75000.00 $75000.00 plus bonus earnings: 1st Appointment bonus of $500.00 Proposal Presentation bonus of $1000.00 and a Onetime bonus of 5 on new monthly billing. Possible monthly Activity bonus of $150.00.

This position begins with a paid 2week sales training program week 1 at IST Managements corporate office in Atlanta Georgia. After training this is a remote and scheduleautonomous position with the expectation of in person appointments with prospects and clients as needed in and around the Houston marketplace as directed by the supervising Senior VP of sales as well as meeting attendance.
Based on achievements career path promotes to National Account Manager and then to Regional Vice President sales and beyond. Year 1 KPIs as an Account Executive are activity driven.
Position will entail occasional travel including air travel at times. This is an outside sales position.
You will drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management Integrated Facilities Management and Info Governance.
