Job Description

About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use):

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

Oversee daily operations of eWindow to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Monitor system performance and user engagement.

Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and best practices in operational processes.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary contact for Platts Editorial requirements and market needs.

Facilitate communication between editorial teams clients and trading operations.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT product marketing and compliance to align operational strategies with business goals.

Training and Support:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of eWindow.

Deliver training to all internal users and clients while assisting in addressing all methodological considerations integrated within the system.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong customer relationships with traders and other users of the electronic platform.

Encourage eWindow adoption and explain the implementation of the Platts MarketonClose principles on the electronic trading platform.

Project Management:

Ensure all launches hit realistic target dates while managing all project timelines and risks.

Participate in SalesForce procedures and work together with the commercial and client services teams to provide excellent support to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or product managers and preferably in the trading or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms commodity markets and market operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management and training program development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SalesForce and other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Platts MarketonClose principles.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
