You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe purpose of this job is to assist the director and associate director in carrying out the review assessment and upkeep of Math Learning Center (MLC) academic interventions; additionally this job provides student coaching support related to MLC academic interventions. This position has administrative responsibility for coordination of complex academic program elements requiring collaboration with students faculty staff and other departments and programs

Fully competent and productive professional contributor who applies acquired job skills policies and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with general supervision; exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action. May provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals and/or support employees.
Facilitates the delivery of required program services.
Maintains upkeep of MLC LMS and other programs to support coordinated courses.
Generates and/or assists with student success data analysis and disseminates periodic reports (monthly and semester).
Provides 1:1 coaching support to students.
Analyzes and updates MLC intervention strategies to support overall student success within MLC courses.
Oversees budget operations of MLC.
Provides the Director with regular progress reports regarding the progress and general success of program functions particularly regarding all accomplishments towards meeting fundamental program objectives.
Planning and executing assigned projects and operations within the specified department.
Supports with teaching in the MLC.
Other duties as assigned.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written & oral) skills.
Knowledge of student learning theory.
Knowledge of assessment approaches.
Good organizational written and verbal communication skills in the preparation and presentation of results.
Good interpersonal skills to support students in 1:1 settings
Creative problemsolving skills.
Proficiency with Excel Power BI or other tools for data collection and analysis
Able to effectively prioritize and work on multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management skills and efficiency
Bachelors Degree and 2 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.
