Job Description

Job Description:
A debt recovery officer also known as a debt collector or recovery officermanages accounts that are behind on payments.They work to recover money owed to a company and ensure that accounts are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
Position: Recovery Officer
Location: Bangalore

Reporting To: M.D. SIR
Academic Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 20 years
Age Range: 45 55 years
Industry Type: NBFC (NonBanking Financial Company)
Vacancy Type: New

Special Remarks/Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that overdue debts are collected promptly.


2. Obtain and verify income proof and its supporting documents such as ITR bank statements Aadhaar etc.


3. Monitor loans taken whether secured or unsecured.


4. Track repayment status of previous loans.


5. Review customers history.


6. Evaluate property or other assets the customer or company has with proper valuation.


7. Handle cases of corporate guarantees directors KYC etc. for defaulters.


8. Require knowledge of Hindi English and local language(s).
