Job Description
Role Purpose
Properties & facility Manager (Technical role) is responsible for the dayto day operations and management of the premises.
Base location :
Key Responsibilities:
Cost effective operations of technical equipments.
Prepare annual facilities management plan in consultation with key stakeholders monitor progress and quality standards.
Operation and Maintenance of UPS Air conditioning systems BMS AHUs Firefighting plumbing and other utility equipments.
Handling AMCs through vendors Inventory of spares and management.
Evaluate & implement process and procedural changes for facility improvements.
Coordinate with Estate Management team for effective management of building management services.
Manage train and supervise facility maintenance staff contractors and vendors.
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities as well as expenses.
Work with cross functional departments to identify and prioritize facilityrelated projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering or a related field.
8 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.
Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
Experience in project management including budgeting and scheduling.
Experience in managing ISO 14001 audits & certifications.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Total Experience Expected: 0812 years
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering Mechanical engineering or a related field.
