You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently seeking an experienced and professional Front of House Manager to lead our front office operations at our busy hotel in Dublin 22. The successful candidate will be a customerfocused individual with a proven track record in Irish hospitality and a strong command of HotSoft property management systems.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all front of house functions including reception reservations guest relations and concierge services while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Manage daytoday front office operations ensuring a seamless guest experience from checkin to checkout
Lead train and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service
Ensure compliance with all company procedures and quality standards
Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution
Oversee reservations and room allocations in collaboration with the Revenue and Sales teams
Maintain and optimise the use of the HotSoft PMS system for all front desk operations
Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development
Monitor and manage front office budgets including payroll and operational expenses
Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent communication and coordination
Prepare and analyse reports related to guest satisfaction occupancy and revenue
Ensure full compliance with health safety and fire regulations
Minimum 5 years experience in a front of house management role within the Irish hotel industry
Minimum 5 years handson experience using HotSoft PMS
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
A passion for delivering outstanding guest service
Flexibility to work weekends evenings and public holidays as required
Working knowledge of GDPR compliance and data handling best practices
Hospitality management qualification or equivalent
Previous experience in a 4star or higherrated property
Familiarity with revenue management practices
