Job Description:
Identify and Apprehend Shoplifters through floor patrol and the use of Closed Circuit TV Cameras
Report Writing
Interacting with local Law Enforcement as needed
Provide Courtroom Testimony as required
Job Requirement:
PreEmployment Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening
Must be able to get license through St Louis or St Charles County
Ability to sit stand and walk for up to 34 hours at a time
Reliable transportation
Ability to read write and speak English proficiently
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means
Ability to write legible accurate and easily understood reports
Must be assertive yet controlled in dealing with confrontation
Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision
Attendance for scheduled shifts. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated
Previous Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement experience is a plus but not a requirement
Criminal Justice or related studies a plus
High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
