Job Description

  • Direct the Hotels Human Resources / Training department and programs in the areas of recruitment employment compensation classification performance management labor relations training and organizational development;
  • Ensure the Human Resources Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and management with a high standard operating system.
  • Make day to day decisions based on group and company policies & procedures;
  • Direct recruitment and selection of Hotel employees; develop and maintain positive applicant relations and provides technical guidance to hiring associates;
  • Direct and coordinate training and organizational development programs through Heads of Department that address personal professional and organizational needs of Ibis Saigon Airport Hotels associates and departments;
  • Implements Hotels rules & regulations the grievance and disciplinary procedure consulting with department heads on appropriate action;
  • Develops the implementation of programs to ensure employee security safety and satisfaction;
  • Comply with Hotel standards in relation to Hotels Security Health & Safety and Hygiene policy.

Qualifications :

 

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration Hospitality Marketing or related field required; Masters degree preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or equivalent at Hospitality industry;
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is an advantage;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnam Labour Law and always be uptodate;
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition employee relations and performance management;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organisation;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks;
