Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical F & B Controller to join our team in Bengaluru India. As the F & B Controller you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our food and beverage department ensuring optimal cost control and profitability.
- Develop and manage budgets for the food and beverage department
- Analyze financial data and prepare regular reports for management
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs including inventory management
- Implement and maintain effective cost control measures
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
- Oversee monthend closing procedures and financial reconciliations
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decisionmaking
- Train and mentor staff on financial procedures and cost control measures
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Expertise in budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations
- Understanding of hospitality operations and cost structures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy
