Job Description
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled and ambitious Maintenance Officer to join our experienced Engineering Team and help keep our properties running smoothly and safely.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
Conduct general maintenance and repairs including:
Basic plumbing electrical hydraulic and air conditioning services.
Minor repairs to furniture fittings plant and equipment.
Maintain external faades and hightraffic areas to ensure the hotels always look their best.
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
Work collaboratively with a supportive knowledgeable engineering team.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Maintenance role & or a qualified trade advantageous
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
A cando attitude and a proactive problemsolving mindset.
Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is preferredbut not essential.
Were happy to train the right candidate whos eager to learn and grow!
