As our Jira Cloud Specialist youll help drive the evolution of our Jira ecosystemmaximizing efficiency automating workflows and empowering teams across our SAFeinspired oganisation. Youll be the goto expert for Jira administration and improvements ensuring our Agile Release Trains run smoothly.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
We are looking for an experienced Jira Cloud Specialist to lead our agile tooling team and drive optimisation of Jira Cloud across the organisation. The role combinates technical Atlassian expertise Agile best practices and stakeholder collaboration to ensure that our Jira setup support business needs and Agile Release Trains.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • provide expertise in Jira Cloud configuration automation and scripting
  • implementing features to improve usability security and workflows
  • aligning Jira team backlog with stakeholder needs to maximize value delivery
  • handling adhoc Jira Cloud support requests including scripting and plugins
  • applying scaled agile knowledge to set up projects teams and workflows
  • documenting best practices and supporting Jira administrators
