As an Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist youll focus on enhancing internal communications while boosting employee engagement and advancing CSR initiatives across the EMEA and APAC (EMAP) region.
In this role you will report to the Communications and Engagement Manager EMAP.
What youll do:
- Create engaging internal communications and campaigns for the EMAP region working with other teams such as HR DEI Talent and other internal groups.
- Produce highquality written and visual content including intranet articles emails PowerPoint presentations SharePoint pages videos newsletters posters and others.
- Plan manage and provide technical support for EMAP regional events such as All Hands meetings leadership sessions DEI events HR activities and others ensuring a smooth .
- Ensure the regional communications calendar is on track and updated. Oversee and maintain content for different internal communication channels.
- Coordinate communication efforts and measure the effectiveness of the communication strategies.
- Be a deputy to the Internal Communications lead when needed providing support and continuity.
- Own CSR reporting for the region in close collaboration with the CSR representatives in EMEA APAC markets.
- Organize and run CSR events at the regional level.
- Support various regional HR projects and programme initiatives on request.
Qualifications :
What youll need to bring:
- 24 years of experience in internal communications employee engagement or a related field in a global organization.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g. MS Teams MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS SharePoint Intranet platforms Design & Video editing tools). Experience with reporting tools and data analysis.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- You will operate across multiple time zones so some flexibility will be required in terms of working patterns.
