Job Description

This position is a regular fulltime position and is located in 3020 Hawthorne Rd unit 200e Ottawa ON K1G 3J6 Canada.

In this key role you will:
- Provide excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the stores team the sales representative and the regional management team
- Promote a culture of respect accountability collaboration and teamwork
- Help recruit and train your team members keep them motivated and ensure their health and wellbeing
- Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results
- Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a management position where you were responsible for financial performance
- Effective communication skills organizational and problemsolving skills
- Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working frequently with internal customers across Canada.
