The ideal candidate should possess a culinary qualification to at least Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar highend hotel or restaurant setting.
Your role will require a demonstration of your extensive culinary experience a genuine passion for food indepth food knowledge and exceptional cooking skills. This opportunity offers a platform for career growth and development in a dynamic culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a fulltime position inclusive of weekends and evening shifts allowing for an immersive and rewarding experience within The Brasserie kitchen.
