Case Mix: General emergency cases
FACILITY INFORMATION
Staffing Model Physician: 24hour MD coverage
Staffing Model NP/PA: 10hour NP/PA coverage 11 AM 9 PM)
Shift Times:
Physicians: 7 AM 7 PM / 7 PM 7 AM
NP/PA: 11 AM 9 PM
EMR System: EPIC
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Emergency temps may be requested
Credentialing Timeline: Expedited locum privileges available
Licensing: Active IN license
