Bank Night Nurse. Ribble Court Care Home
- £24.46 per hour
- 8pm8am shifts

At Ribble Court you’ll be working in a luxurious 53bed care home featuring exceptional amenities including a coffee shop/bistro hair and nail salon elegant dining and lounge areas and stunning landscaped gardens. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality personcentred care throughout the night
- Administer medication and carry out clinical procedures in line with best practices
- Monitor and respond to residents’ health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation using digital systems
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure consistent and compassionate care
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Ensure compliance with all care home policies and regulations
- Participate in effective handovers and communication across shifts

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- A caring empathetic and professional attitude
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Confidence working independently during night shifts
- Previous experience in a care home setting is a plus but not essential
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
