Salary:per year (before tax) with performancerelated bonuses up to 2000 per month

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong sales and leadership skills to lead a newly opened store in Sanremo. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success of a new location establish customer relationships and contribute to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the store and team ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance
- Drive sales through effective leadership and motivation of the team
- Manage daily store operations including inventory and visual merchandising
- Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure the store is clean organized and fully stocked
What We re Looking For:
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of leadership
- Fluency in English and Italian (both required for communication with the international team)
- Passion for art and innovative products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve high performance
- Must be flexible and able to work on weekends and holidays 2 days off per week)
