Job Description
Job Summary:
Lake Monticello is seeking friendly and responsible individuals to join our team as Pool Registration Desk Attendants for the upcoming summer season. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy customer service and working in a fun outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in members and guests at the pool entrance
Verify memberships and collect guest fees as needed
Provide information about pool rules hours and events
Maintain accurate records of pool attendance
Assist with minor administrative tasks and light cleaning duties
Communicate with lifeguards and pool staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills for checkin and recordkeeping
Work Schedule & Pay:
Seasonal position (Memorial Day Labor Day)
Shifts available mornings afternoons and evenings
Competitive hourly pay
