AMERCO Real Estate Company Project Coordinator
AMERCO Real Estate Company has full time position for a Project Coordinator in Phoenix Arizona.
Duties include: Ensure effective project management and supervision of all UHaul owned properties across the United States; Foster a proactive approach to address issues; Communicate with key stakeholders regarding project requirements and objections to optimize property performance; Engage with governmental agencies on various projects including reviewing and interpreting local survey rules zoning and property regulations in order to negotiate and seek appropriate internal approval and prepare documentation for Easements Condemnations Right of Entry (ROE) and Right of Way (ROW); Conduct due diligence processes for real property acquisitions assessing legal financial and operational aspects among cross functional teams to facilitate informed decisionmaking; Coordinate with legal department to address complex legal issues and prepare documentation and plans for Condemnations Easements Encroachments and land surveying; Ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard UHauls interests; Provide essential support and guidance to the real estate team analyze construction and engineering project requirements to establish type and extent of land rights needed to protect company facilities and property; Update objectives timing and schedules deliverables and milestones; Leverage a collaborative approach to enhance productivity and overcome challenges effectively. Collaborate with the Construction department to review assess and analyze construction and engineering project practices; Serve as technical resource; Foster synergy and coordination with ongoing projects to ensure alignment with legal requirements standards and project completion.
Education Experience & Skills Requirements: Masters degree in Public Administration Business Administration Management or related field. 1 year of experience in related position.
