Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Connect with potential medical practices through outbound calling using a provided script
Qualify and route leads to Sales Development Representatives to build pipeline and drive new revenue
Use Salesforce to schedule appointments between qualified practices and Account Executives
Share key insights and updates with the Sales Development team to improve outreach strategy
Support the sales team throughout various stages of the sales cycle
Participate in weekly 1:1s and career development sessions
Continuously develop sales skills and grow within the DearDoc sales organization
Actively contribute to team meetings trainings and overall sales strategy and culture
