Job Description
Our client is looking for an internal Sales Manager for their Leeds branch. If you want to be part of a rapidly growing branch and really make a difference to our service and sales then please get in touch.
Duties Include:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with customers colleagues and suppliers and focus on the achievement of longterm customer loyalty
- Consistently generate profitable sales for the branch via the telephone by effectively using a range of techniques and resources
- Manage customer queries in relation to invoices orders or stock
- Understand the customer cycle by proactively targeting new customers and developing them into consistent live trading accounts
- Collaborating with customers colleagues and suppliers by supporting with promotions sales events supplier days and new product launches
- Supporting in other areas of the branch as required
Experience/Skills:
- Telephone sales experience
- Confident in both proactive and reactive sales calls
- Team player
- Electrical Wholesale knowledge & experience is preferable but not essential. Product and industry training will be given
