Role Description:

This is a parttime remote role. Were looking for an experienced Senior Web Designer to join our team in the FinTech industry. In this role youll design clean userfriendly and visually engaging websites that reflect our brand and enhance the customer experience.

Youll collaborate with teams across marketing product and IT to create web solutions that communicate our products effectively. Your work will involve creative problemsolving user research and ensuring designs meet industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and functional web pages that align with our brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web projects
• Ensure consistency in design across all web platforms and devices
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing on various devices
• Be able to design SEOready pages in the GoHighLevel environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design ideally within the fintech or financial services industry with a preference for startup environments
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign Illustrator) Figma Sketch and Canva.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) software is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience in responsive and mobilefirst design principles.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear intuitive and engaging designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize emerging technologies including AI in the graphic design process.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and design best practices for social content.
• Bachelors degree in Design Web Development or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
