We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team. The Network Administrator will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our organizations network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure communication between all systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to managing network issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement network infrastructure based on organizational requirements and industry best practices.
Monitor network performance diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Install configure and maintain network hardware and software including routers switches firewalls and VPNs.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect the organizations data and systems from cyber threats.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of network systems with other technologies and applications.
Develop and maintain network documentation including network diagrams configurations and inventory.
Conduct regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance network performance and security.
Provide technical support to endusers and IT staff on networkrelated issues.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement network solutions that align with the organizations strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
Proficiency in networking protocols technologies and tools including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs and routing protocols.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
US citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
