- ReviewRFPsandotherclientmaterialtogaincompleteunderstandingofclientrequirements
- Assembleabidteamwiththerelevantknowledgeandskillstoprepareawinningbid
- Managevirtualbidteamsandinputsfromavarietyofstakeholdersensuringtheyarefullybriefedandunderstandtheclientbidrequirements/keydeliverablesanddevelopawinplanforeachopportunity
- Liaisewithkeymembersoftheprojectteamtoobtaintheinformationrequiredtocompilethebidtodevelopuniquecompellingclientvaluepropositionsandproposalmessagingasperinputsfromsalesanddeliveryteamsagainstagreedtimelines
- Assessandaddressthetechnicalandcommercialrisksrelatingtothebids
- Workcloselywiththepursuitteamtoresolveopenitemsduringtheproposalandpitchpresentationdevelopmentprocess
- FacilitatestrategydiscussionwiththepursuitteamtoidentifyclientcenteredvaluepropositionsandsupportingMercerdifferentiators
- Gatherandorganizeinformationandstaffresourcesnecessarytoformulatewinningexecutivesummariesthatspeaktowhyusandnotthecompetition
- EnsurethattheresponsereflectstheagreedWinStrategywithclearmessagingandplayanactiveroleindevelopingkeyaspectsoftheresponseincludingtheExecutiveSummary
- WorkcloselywithgraphicdesignerstocreateoptimalvisualsandgraphicsinaccordancewithMercerbrandguidelinesthatsupportmessagingincludingcoverdesignsandothergraphicsandillustrations
- Holdmasterdraftsofproposalsandpresentationsincorporatingeditsandchangesandsendingoutreviseddraftstothepursuitteam
- Performfinalreviewsofproposalsandpitchpresentationdraftsalongwiththesalesteams
- Assistwiththedevelopmentoftemplatesimprovedsystemsandprocessesformeasuringbidsuccess
- Carryoutcontentmanagementactivitiesincludingcollectingandupdatingcontentforproposaldatabaseandextractingbestpracticecontent
Whatyouneedtohave:
- Postgraduate/.
- 68yearsofexperienceinapresales/bidmanagementenvironment
- Experienceofworkingasapartofbidteamsinaprofessionalservicesenvironment.
- Verystrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationrequired
- ProficientinMicrosoftWordPowerPointandExcel
- Exceptionalcustomerservicefocus
- Advancedbusinesswritingabilitywithoutstandinggrammarandproofreading/editingskills
