About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6500 students and employs800 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for preschool and kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 14 two middle schools for grades 58 and one high school for grades 912. We also have an 1822 year old transition program for young adults with special needs.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying students with communication needs; planning and implementing appropriate research basedintervention and support according to Individualized Education Program plans;and providing education and direction to school staff family and related service providers regarding the students communication needs. Contract: 186 days (plus 2 days of new teacher orientation for newtodistrict teachers August 19 and 20 2025
Salary Range:$46417$ more information please see theCertified Master Contract. Salary range listed $46417$98146 is based on the collective bargaining agreement for the current school year and may increase with the negotiation of thecollective bargaining agreement.

Requirements & Qualifications
Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field from an ASHA accredited university is required. MN Educational Speech Language Pathologist license is required. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF) is preferred. Prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist is preferred.
