TO: All Kettering City School District locations and outside locations as designated by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Capital.
POSITION: SUBSTITUTE NURSE
LOCATION:DISTRICT WIDE
GENERAL INFORMATION:Kettering City Schools is accepting applications for Substitute Nurses to work on an as needed basis. Applicants must have a valid Ohio Board RN Nurse License and a valid CPR and First Aide Certificate.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Partial List
- Conducts health screenings and tests.
- Refers students for medical and dental care.
- Maintains uptodate cumulative health records.
- Provides care for ill and injured students.
- Collaboration and problem solving skills
QUALIFICATIONS Partial List
- BAchelors Degree
- Valid Ohio Professional Nurses License
- Valid Ohio Drivers License
- Valid Pupil Services Registration
- Must pass criminal background checks and preemployment drug screening
SALARY: Per approved salary schedule.
