We are seeking a highly motivated Workers Compensation Associate Attorney to join our legal team meeting the following criteria:
- 12 years minimum prior experience in handling Ohio workers compensation matters preferably on the defense side.
- Must also have experience handling general discovery matters including taking depositions interviewing witnesses responding to written discovery and preparing motions.
- Must be able to work independently on an assigned caseload.
- Exceptional attention to detail strong writing and legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development and practice management.
- Efficient timemanagement skills.
- Values collaboration and diverse perspectives and can work with a team to creatively solve problems.
- Willingness to be a productive member of a team.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
This position is for our Cleveland Ohio office.
