We are currently seeking an astute confident and meticulous People Coordinator to join our People & Culture Team working 24 hours per week over Monday Tuesday and Wednesday for a 12 month period.
The on target earning potential for this role is 20679 / per annum comprising a base salary of 17559 plus a qualified estimate of 3120 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards.

Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Day to day youll be a jack of many trades and the master orchestrator within the team playing a vital role in supporting the Talent Attraction and Organisational Development teams to deliver on their people promises
- Working alongside some deep technical experts in their field and learning how the interplay between these disciplines adds value to the employee journey youll play your role in ensuring the work of the People Team is executed well and lands with real impact by dotting every i and crossing every t
- Working closely with the Talent Attraction team and supporting our Organisational Development team youll be the interception point of these teams creating a seamless candidate journey; managing the logistics of onboarding making sure every new starter (and the wider People Team) have what they need from the getgo you will be instrumental in coordinating all of the logistics on our fortnightly onboarding days.
- Supporting the of hiring events and assessment centres youll help ensure that were discerning in our selection and are restless in our quest to match the right people with the right roles
- You will also help to plan and coordinate a range of different development initiatives and programmes
- Juggling the competing demands of these busy teams youll be responsive brutal in your prioritisation and meticulously organised with a large portion of the role arranging workshop invites handout packs arranging room bookings and administering various systems. Youll be involved in problem solving issues across our systems and refining and improving our processes
- Displaying a warm and thoughtful approach demonstrated by your friendly and considerate interactions with our colleagues doing everything you can to exceed their expectations
- Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxury in every way

- You have strong administration experience within an office environment and youre experienced in arranging large meetings or workshops involving tracking and managing attendees
- Comfortable in using the key systems MS Office Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word youre also adept in investigating issues updating and taking swift remedial action
- Experienced in working within and refining processes you have strong planning and organising skills youre proactive prioritise and think logically through what needs to be done or arranged
- All over the detail an eagle eye for precision you catch mistakes before they happen and you achieve this by understanding that the small things matter and by being highly organised and adept at managing competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Tenacious selfdriven you pride yourself in your ability to manage high pace and precision
